Efiling In Criminal Cases is Now Mandatory in Travis County


Beginning July 1, 2017, all attorney filings in misdemeanor cases in Travis County must be made electronically.  Beginning January 1, 2018, all attorney filings in felony cases in Travis County must be made electronically.  You can learn more about the legal requirement here.  


The following information may assist you in migrating to e-filing.  As you know CAPDS does not have any control over the efiling processes or vendors.  These resources were developed to assist attorneys, but we cannot guarantee they will be solve all problems or be helpful to all attorneys.
