Continuing Legal Education (CLE) is an integral part of quality representation. A primary mission of CAPDS is the training and education of our attorneys. As such, CAPDS panel attorneys exceed the number of hours of training required of attorneys in private practice.
These standards have increased since the implementation of CAPDS.
