Josh Smalley

Supervising Attorney

Josh is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law. He was previously in private practice, focusing on representation of indigent clients charged with crimes in Travis County. Most recently, he was an Assistant District Attorney with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office where he spent time in the Civil Rights Unit, the Public Integrity Unit, and the Pre-Indictment Unit. Before coming to Texas, he practiced in various state courts, as well as federal and immigration court.
