CAPDS IS currenlty ACCEPTING status change APPLICATIONS FOR OUR 2024 PANEL


THE application deadline for status change Applications is January 12, 2024


​All attorneys approved for a status change Including a new practice AREA may be required to attend training before being activated.

  • Those moving from the misdemeanor panel to a felony panel or those adding a mental health panel may be required to attend training related to those new practice areas.
  • This application should be completed by attorneys currently on a CAPDS panel and seeking admission to additional panels.  This includes admission to a higher level panel, a Mental Health Panel, or an Appellate Panel.  Those not currently on a panel and meeting minimum requirements should complete a new application.
  • If you do not meet the minimum qualification for our panels, you should consider our mentoring program.
  • The CAPDS application process utilizes an online application hosted by Google.  This is the only method to apply.  If you have any problems using this form or viewing this website please contact us at help@capds.org.

  • You should carefully review the panel standards to determine which level you qualify to apply to.
